Trip to Pirate's Cove

Here are some pictures from our boat trip to Pirate's Cove. We traded out Austin's lifevest for a little bit larger one, but he still wasn't exactly loving it...though we got some smiles out of him. Good thing he had it on though...when we got routinely stopped by the coast guard on the way back!! We went a little faster in the boat than before and he handled the ride just fine....fell asleep again on the ride home (maybe it has to do with that built-in pillow on the back of the lifevest). He enjoyed watching all the dogs at Pirate's Cove and we enjoyed a sentimental moment as Granddaddy Nelson recalled that his first trip to Pirate's Cove had been at Austin's age.
